We're very pleased to hear from Daily Sudoku-ers with their encouragement, questions, comments and problems. However, before you email us, please read the following:

• Please first check the Frequently Asked Questions page for answers to your query.
• We receive several emails a day claiming that a puzzle is invalid, has more than one answer, or is not solvable by logic alone. Please carefully check your claim before you email. The most common mistakes include:
  • Copying the clues into a second grid incorrectly (missing or misplacing a clue).
  • Producing a solution which invalidates the placement rule.
  • Copying a puzzle into the Draw/Play function incorrectly.

  If you're still convinced that your claim is correct then we'll be very glad to hear from you.

• Because of sheer volume of email, we are regretably unable to provide hints and logic steps by email. Please try the Draw/Play function for a logical hint. You can also ask your question in the discussion forums for a fast and helpful answer.
• If you are having problems printing the puzzles (even if you haven't had trouble before), please check that your Acrobat Reader installation is up-to-date by clicking here. This seems to fix the vast majority of problems, including those with mangled characters (such as ':') in the puzzle.
• Please note, spam control methods that require us to visit a web page to have messages approved, make it impossible for us to deal with our large volume of email. We welcome your messages to us and aim to reply to everything, but if you use such a system, you will need to pre-approve us in order to receive the reply.
