I was drawn to a potential 23-6 XY wing (abc)

Not to be, but if x=2, a + c would both be <6> and lead to a contradiction

so r7c8=8 to solve

If x=2, c=6 also b=3, a=6 leads to no <6>'s in box 3 *


As a chain I think it would be:

(8=2)r7c8-(2=6)r9c9-(9=6)r3c7-(6=3)r3c1-(3=2)r7c1-(2=8)r7c8

r7c8 <> 2 to solve

269 xy-wing which eliminates 9 at r8c9. stte from there.
