This was tricky

best explanation: (some basics needed after each step)

-9 r2c2 skyscraper using r39
-3 r1c238 r8128 X wing <3>
-1 r12c2 as then r6c1=1 and r5c7=1 gives no <1> in r9
-8 r2c9 as then r2c2=4 and r1c9=5, r1c8=4 leads to two <1> in box 2
-1 r12c1 as then r1c3 =3, r3c1=4 giving two <6> in box 7

so r1c3 =1 and basics to finish

Really nice puzzle Immp - thanks.

I overlapped with Tom on the x-wing on 3’s and removed the 1’s in box 1 with an xy wing instead of the contradiction. Got rid of a 1 in box 9 with an ALS xy
I also took five steps in all.
