Or this could be pincers on 8 in r6c7 and r1c8 so r5c8 <> 8

Earl, Don't you have to apply the X-Wing on 4's in cols 5 and 8 before the 56-7 XY-Wing opens up? Thanks, Don.

...and don't forget this chain also means r1c7 <> 8 (which changes absolutely nothing).
