Then I used the following forcing chain:

8r9c8=(8*-6)r9c4=r9c2-(6=5)r7c1-[r23c1=5*r1c3 -(58*=6)r7c5]-(5*6=9)r1c5-(5*9=3)r1c9-(3=8)r5c9 => r5c8 <> 8; stte.

Good puzzle, I had to break this down as chains stump me a bit

First r7c4 <> 6 XYZ 568
then r3c1 <> 6 using the 6's in c24 leads to
