Oh my God! I have NO idea what Sammy's program was thinking! Sammy! What were you thinking? If you need help programming algorithms, give me a call! Wow! This is the worst case of a 'VH' rating ever!

Indeed, basics only solves this one. I've posted a VH in the "Other Puzzles" section to make up for this one. Try it out, thanks.
The new post is dated as July 5th, but it is still the evening of the 4th where I am, hence the title.
