When the 2 at r2c8 is true, the 4 at r6c8 is both true and false, so 2 at r2c8 must be false:
chain1 = (2)r2c8 – 2r6c8=4r6c8
chain 2 = (2)r2c8 –8 r2c8=8r9c8-8r9c3=8r6c3-8r6c6=4r6c6-4r6c8=>-2r2c8=>stte.
