Helmut Saueregger (of Vienna, Austria) used to be very active here under the user name "nataraj." He has a site and offers some squigglies. Click the arrow to the right of the grid until you see the puzzle you want just above the grid. Then click the icon under the grid to view the puzzle and print.

The Sudok-o-Rama at my site

http://sudoku.saueregger.at

offers five puzzles per day:

EASY, MILD, HARD: every day
ADVANCED: Thursdays and Saturdays
VERY HARD: all other days of the week

SQUIGGLIES: Sunday, Wednesday, Friday
X-Sudoku: Monday, Thursday
COMPASS: Tuesday, Saturday

X-Sudokus have an additional constraint on the diagonals: in both diagonals, each number 1-9 must appear once.
difficulty: about the same as HARD

Compass: each number 1-9 must appear once in every cardinal direction (NW, N, NE, ... , SE). Those are harder, because there is a whole new dimension to be taken into account.

Squigglies: I played the dailysudoku squigglies only a few times. I did not like the "fat" shapes, up to a regular 3x3 square sometimes. My puzzles contain only slim shapes.
Difficulty: Mostly HARD, very rarely one needs the "Law of Leftovers"

To cycle through levels, click on the right and left arrows.
To select puzzles from different dates, click on the calendar icon.
To select a puzzle by number, again use the calendar icon.
The printer symbol opens a new tab and presents a .pdf for download

All puzzles come with a step-by-step tutorial (Helmut's Sudoku Helper), accessible via the First-Aid icon. For those only interested in the VH+ steps, the Helper can do the basics on full auto as you watch.

IMPORTANT: There is NO "draw play" button. The puzzles are meant to be printed and solved by hand.

Happy squiggling !

Helmut

edit Feb 19, 2019: From March 1st 2019, there will be a VERY HARD instead of an ADVANCED classic Sudoku on Thursdays. ADVANCED puzzles will continue to appear on Saturdays.
