Good ones guys! I eventually found the following after searching for what seemed like all day: 7r7c2=(7-9)r2c2=r2c6-(9=7)r3c5=>r7c5<>7.

Play this puzzle online at the Daily Sudoku site

W-Wing (28) in b39 with SL 8 in c9. The 2 in r2c7 can be transported to r6c9=> -2r1c8,r89c9. After a few basics therefrom there is an XY-Wing (67-9) pivoted in r8c4 which finishes it off. Pretty tough puzzle for a non-chain solution.
