I think it's four moves, the first of which does nothing
1) XYZ-Wing (147)pr4c1=> -4r4c3
2) X-Wing (6)r16=> -6r25c2,r5c6
3) X-Wing (8)c27=> -8r25c3
4) (XY-Wing (14-6) pr6c1=> -6r5c8,r6c2

I could be wrong. There's a lot of screwing around with basics after these moves and trying to keep track of them.
