The easy solution is the Type 1 UR( 49)r12c59 => r1c9=2 but it is usually not considered "advanced"

A messy solution (which may also not be considered advanced) involving multiple paths is:
1r9c8=1r4c8 (Nodes *)

1r4c8-(1=79)r4c13-9r79c3=9r7c2 => r7c7<9> r9c8<>9* (Nodes e-f)

In box9, r7c7*| r9c8* <9> r9c9=9
Thus if r4c8=1 =>r9c9=9

So to restate the original strong inference
1r9c8 =1r4c8 => r9c9<>1 to complete the puzzle

Sorry I did not define "Advanced". To me advanced is anything other than Locked Cells and Locked Sets. UR (unique rectangle) is advanced.

Code:
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*
 | 5     7     1     | 3    *49    8     | 249   6     2-49  |
 | 8     6     3     | 2    *49    1     | 7     5    *49    |
 | 9     2     4     | 67    57    56    | 1     38    38    |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 17    8     79    | 5     6     2     | 49    139   1349  |
 | 4     5     2     | 179   17    3     | 8     19    6     |
 | 136   39    69    | 19    8     4     | 25    7     25    |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 236   39    5689  | 168   1235  56    | 59    4     7     |
 | 237   1     578   | 4     235   9     | 6     28    58    |
 | 26    4     5689  | 68    25    7     | 3     1289  1589  |

A Type 1 UR is advanced, by definition, but not advanced. However, I wasn't too proud to use it. I struggled with this because for a long time I didn't spot the 1349 quad in box 6.

Interesting puzzle in the UR is the only standard advance move that will solve it.

I am publishing these "easier" puzzles trying to attract the players that do the regular daily puzzles and would like something more challenging. I am open to suggestions on the level of puzzle needed.

I am going to try to stay away from chains and Eureka notation.
