Seeing as you didn't post a grid, I won't either. There was an eight-cell potential DP, or Bug Lite or Mug or whatever the proper term is, but I couldn't do anything with it, at least as far as a one-stepper.

Skyscraper on 1 in r37; r2c5<>1.

After basics:
Code:
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 7    5    8    | 34   9    34   | 1    6    2    |
| 2    4    16   | 7    16   8    | 9    3    5    |
| 16   9    3    | 5    2    16   | 8    7    4    |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 4    6    9    | 12   7    12   | 5    8    3    |
| 5    3    7    | 49   8    49   | 2    1    6    |
| 8    1    2    | 36   5    36   | 7    4    9    |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+
| 136  2    4    | 8    136  5    | 36   9    7    |
| 369  8    5    | 69   36   7    | 4    2    1    |
| 1369 7    16   | 12   4    1269 | 36   5    8    |
+----------------+----------------+----------------+

A UR 12 or a skyscraper on 1 solve it. The remote pair 16 does not help much, but it does destroy (or hide) the UR.

Marty, since I post these puzzles, I prefer not to be the first to post a solution.

Balance that with the fact that the difficulty is so variable, and I like also to give an indication of the difficulty.
