There's got to be a one-stepper in there, but I couldn't find it. Coloring on 8; AD are pincers; r6c6<>8. That exposes an XY-Wing on 238, pivoted in r6c6 which sets r2c5<>8.

Code:
+--------------+--------------+----------+
|  12   123 9  | 24  34  5    | 7  8  6  |
|  5    7   28 | 1   28  6    | 9  3  4  |
|  4   B38  6  | 9   7  A38   | 5  1  2  |
+------------+----------------+----------+
|  6   C128 5  | 248 14  9    | 3  27 78 |
|  9    4   3  | 5   28  7    | 28 6  1  |
| D128 C128 7  | 6   13  23-8 | 4  59 59 |
+--------------+--------------+----------+
|  7    5   1  | 28  9   28   | 6  4  3  |
|  3    6   4  | 7   5   1    | 28 29 89 |
|  28   9   28 | 3   6   4    | 1  57 57 |

Your cells plus r2c5 and r5c5 leads to r6c1<>8, with any value in r6c6.
