Ted,

I play all my BUG+2s via pincers. In this case the possibilities are 5 in r5c6 and 2 in r6c2. The 5 proves r4c2=2; r7c2<>2.

Is this correct?

BUG+2:(2)r6c2=(5)r5c6-(5=1)r4c6-(1=8)r4c4-(8=2)r4c2 => r7c2<>2

I'm not very Eureka-literate, but the cells in your notation are the cells I used to determine that 5 in r5c6 proves r4c2=2.
