I saw a puzzle tip that said: If:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ROW 1
4 5 6 7 8 9 1 2 3 ROW 2
7 8 9 1 2 3 4 5 6 ROW 3


THEN ROWS 456 & 789 Must be likewise. I could never find this tip again. Can anyone help? Thanks
