				Look at the placement of the <4>'s in R8 and R9.  Then, there are a couple of XY-wings (rooted in the same rows) that solve the puzzle.

				Done it! The 2/4/5 xy-wing eliminates 4 in r1c3, which makes it a 9. The rest is straightforward.

They are also noted for having multiple solutions!!!
 
Thus, they are best avoided - unless one likes such things.
