I Seem to have a mental block. Stuck at this point and can see no reason why the next move (offered by "Help") is a 9 at r5c7

in c2, the 4 is in b7
--> r7c19 = "naked" duo in r7
--> in c7, "hidden single" 9

so it was a mental block:- r7c1 cannot be 4 (if it were so then col 2 has no 4) and the rest follows
