XY-Wing 69 36 39 pivoted in r2c1 eliminates 9 in r4c4 solving it.
The Type 1 UR 15 solves the puzzle as well.

Anyway - the toughest part was was solving R7C1.

R7c1 was a given. This was my post-basics grid. I also had the UR as a Type 1.

Code:

+----------+---------+------------+
| 8   1  2 | 7  5 69 | 4  3  69   |
| 36  4  7 | 39 8 2  | 59 15 1569 |
| 356 56 9 | 34 1 46 | 2  7  8    |
+----------+---------+------------+
| 69  8  3 | 49 2 5  | 1  46 7    |
| 29  7  4 | 1  6 3  | 59 8  259  |
| 1   26 5 | 8  7 49 | 3  46 29   |
+----------+---------+------------+
| 4   3  6 | 2  9 7  | 8  15 15   |
| 7   9  1 | 5  3 8  | 6  2  4    |
| 25  25 8 | 6  4 1  | 7  9  3    |
