XY-Wing 48 46 68 with pivot in r5c7 removing 8 in r3c8 solves the puzzle.

Another 468 XY-Wing pivot r5c7 with r9c9<>8
and a W-Wing on 48 with strong link on 8 in c8 yielding r3c9<>4 and r5c7<>4.
