XY-Wing 16 18 68 removes the 6 in r1c3 solving the puzzle.

Same XY-Wing ... Thought I did, for the first time, spot a finned X wing, which was totally useless anyway.

The XY-wing 568 with pivot in R9C3 also leads to a one step solution.

XYZ wing did it for me pivot on R8C1 eliminating 7 in R8C3 took a long time to find that.
