This puzzle has been discussed recently in this forum.
 
 
If you look closely you'll notice {2, 3, 5, 8} in column 7, rows 6 - 9. So you can eliminate {2, 3, 5, 8} from all other cells in column 7, leaving a "1" at r1c7.  dcb |
