I initially used many steps to complete the puzzle but, after checking, only four were required.

UR 34 in r13 c58 with an x-wing on 3,
xy-chain: (5=3)r3c5 - (3=9)r3c8 - (9)r3c7 = (9)r6c7 - (9=5)r6c4; r5c5<>5,

I used five steps including three URs, a Kite, and simple coloring before a puzzle-ending multi-coloring on 4.
