The best I could do was
xy-wing, kite and long xy-chain

for a two stepper xy-wing and kite could be replaced with this "xy-skyscraper" Very Happy
Code:
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*
 |*27    6     5     | 3     89    1     | 4    *29    2789  |
 | 9     1     8     | 2     4     7     | 3     5     6     |
 | 4     3     27    | 5     89    6     | 78-9  1     2789  |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 | 256   579   4     | 1     27    3     | 589   269   2589  |
 | 1     8     29    | 4     6     5     | 79    3     279   |
 | 256   57    3     | 8     27    9     | 1     246   245   |
 |-------------------+-------------------+-------------------|
 |*57    4     79    | 6     3     2     |*59    8     1     |
 | 3     59    6     | 7     1     8     | 2     4-9   459   |
 | 8     2     1     | 9     5     4     | 6     7     3     |
 *-----------------------------------------------------------*
 (9=2)r1c8-(2=7)r1c1-(7=5)r7c1-(5=9)r7c7 => r3c7,r8c8<>9

A two stepper is
xy-wing 57-9 with vertex 57 in r7c1, pincer 59 in r7c7 and pseudocell 79 in row1; r3c7<>9, r8c8<>9
Flightless xy-wing 5-79 with vertex 59 in r7c7, pincer 79 in r5c7, pincer 57 in r7c1. Transport 7 in r7c1 => r7c3 => r3c3; r3c7<>7.
