Four steps without chains:

finned x-wing on 9 in r34c58,
an up/down skyscraper on 9 in r7c19 with a pincer transport,
w-wing 39 with strong link 9 in box8 and a pincer transport,
xy-wing 389 with pivot 89 in r3c8 and a pincer transport.
