				| An xyz-wing (136) solves it in one step. Look out for the apparent UR (13) which is invalid. The UR (36) demands that R7C6 be <8>, which also solves the puzzle in one step. Coloring in <1> is also a single stepper.
 Earl
 Late, but not lost.

				| I had to have an xy wing of 1-3-9; Then an x-wing of 3s in columns 3,6;
 Then an xy wing of 1-3-6
 I see the 1-3-6 xyz wing now, but did not see it when I worked the puzzle.

				| It's all about numero uno.
 You can ER it using C2, Box2 to remove <1> in R7C6 or R1, Box8 to remove R9C3.

 You can also Skyscraper it to remove <1> in R1C6 or R9C4.

				| Simple coloring on <1> reduces it to singles all the way ......
 Ted

 Edit: I did not see your comment Earl.
