see's the (3,6) cell at r1c2 and the (1,3) cell at r9c4, so either the 6 in r1c2 is true or the 1 in r9c4 is true

a little extension to the (6,1) cell at r3c2 makes the 1 in that cell true. eliminates the 1 in r3c4

singles follow.
