				| I did enjoy - though probably used more steps than needed.  An ER, xwing, 2xy wings and a skyscraper.  Challenging but not too obscure. |

Yes, there are lots of available moves.  But, there are a number of 1-step solutions involving coloring on <3>.

				Going through my normal routine, I initially found an ER3 with hinge in box7 and strong link in col4 that deleted the <3> in r3c1 to complete the puzzle. Only afterwards, did I realized that essentially the same cells were involved in a one-step skyscraper.

I wasn't necessarily looking for a one-stepper. The 493 XY-Wing pivoted in r4c1 takes out the 3 from r3c5. Then two more 3s can be removed with two separate pincer transports. With the 3 gone from r7c5, the two remaining 3s in row 7 connect the 34s in boxes 12 for a puzzle-finishing W-Wing. |
