The Nov 24 DB pilfered from the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
And it has a skyscraper to match the St. Louis skyline with the Arch.

I didn't find the skyscraper, but discovered an ER for digit <2> in Box 4,

eliminating <2> in R5C8, collapsing the whole puzzle.
