Now it has a simple puzzle generator and can read friendlier arguments:

http://members.cox.net/thebigbro/empty.sh

http://members.cox.net/thebigbro/example.sh

Hope it's useful. Major code restructuring ahoy.

Oh yeah, it also has a hint flag, -H x to see x steps into the solution.

Arr, rar rar arr,
Dustin

Okay, the above links have been updated. It now detects naked n-groups and hidden n-groups and is able to solve many puzzles it couldn't before. Although I've never seen it detect more than a naked double.... X-Wing configurations will take more work, and I'm not sure how to do forcing chains or multicoloring algorithmically. And the generator still sucks.
