Quite tough!

At first, nothing special (one x-wing in 4, one x-wing in 7) up to here:

Code:

+--------------------------+--------------------------+--------------------------+
| 6       138     1378     | 4       5       2        | 37      18      9        |
| 14      5       9        | 8       7       3        | 12      6       124      |
| 378     238     2348     | 1       9       6        | 5       48      37       |
+--------------------------+--------------------------+--------------------------+
| 9       6       38       | 7       38      1        | 4       2       5        |
| 138     7       5        | 23      2368    4        | 136     9       13       |
| 2       4       13       | 5       36      9        | 136     7       8        |
+--------------------------+--------------------------+--------------------------+
| 1348    1238    6        | 23      123     7        | 9       5       124      |
| 17      9       12       | 6       4       5        | 8       3       127      |
| 5       123     12347    | 9       123     8        | 127     14      6        |
+--------------------------+--------------------------+--------------------------+

In boxes 1 and 7 a short loop removes 7 from r9c3.

-(7-4)r9c3=(4)r3c3-(4=1)r2c1-(1=7)r8c1-

When looked at differently:

if r8c1=1 then r2c1=4 then r3c3<>4 then r9c3=4
but if r8c1=1 then r9c3=7, which is a contradiction, therefore r8c1=7 (which gives the same result as before).

The puzzle is not solved yet. I needed a swordfish on "1" and an xy-wing (pivot r9c8) to finish it off ...
