				| Thanks for the puzzle Mogulmeister. Didn't solve in one step, but used XYs, Skyscraper, U.R. at various stages. Good puzzle! | |

				| From the after basics grid:
 234 XY wing in c45 removes <4> from r1c5,
 also remove <3> from r6c4 as then r9c4=2, r1c3=2, r2c4=2 leads to r9c4 = 3

more basics (to fill in the <3>'s) leads to

  	  | Code: | | +--------------+-----------+---------+
 | 5    8    24 | 249 3  49 | 1  6 7  |
 | 17   6    17 | 24  5  8  | 3  9 24 |
 | 24   3    9  | 7   16 16 | 5  8 24 |
 +--------------+-----------+---------+
 | 126  12   8  | 5   7  16 | 9  4 3  |
 | 467  479  3  | 8   2  49 | 67 5 1  |
 | 1467 1479 5  | 49  16 3  | 67 2 8  |
 +--------------+-----------+---------+
 | 3    5    6  | 1   4  2  | 8  7 9  |
 | 8    14   14 | 6   9  7  | 2  3 5  |
 | 9    27   27 | 3   8  5  | 4  1 6  |
 +--------------+-----------+---------+

 |
Play this puzzle at the Daily Sudoku site

 Then remove <1> from r46c1 as then r2c1=7, r4c2=2, r9c2=7 leads to no <7> in box 4

				| I used Immpy's skyscraper for 2's in columns 3 and 6 which eliminated the 2's in r7c1 and r9c4 and left the field of play eventually looking like this

  	  | Code: | | +----------------+--------------+--------------+ | 5    8    24   | 249 3   49   | 1   6   7    |
 | 17   6    17   | 24  5   8    | 3   9   24   |
 | 24   3    9    | 7   16  16   | 5   8   24   |
 +----------------+--------------+--------------+
 | 126  12   8    | 5   7   16   | 9   4   3    |
 | 467  479  3    | 8   2   49   | 67  5   1    |
 | 1467 1479 5    | 49  16  3    | 67  2   8    |
 +----------------+--------------+--------------+
 | 3    5    6    | 1   4   2    | 8   7   9    |
 | 8    14   14   | 6   9   7    | 2   3   5    |
 | 9    27   27   | 3   8   5    | 4   1   6    |
 +----------------+--------------+--------------+

				| Then if you go:
 (4=1)r8c2-(1=2)r4c2-(2)r9c2=(2)r9c3-(2=4)r1c3 and r8c3 <> 4.

Or you can express this chain in contradictory language:

Put 1 in r8c2 and that puts a 4 in r1c3 and no 4's in box 7 so

 r8c2 < > 1 it must be 4 so r8c3 < > 4
