Yes, XY (59-2).
I'm unable to follow along with the W-Wing. I can see as strong link in c7 but the two 69s that it connects don't see a common cell for an elimination. |

Hello all...
Marty, the 69 r2c9 and the 69 r4c7 have the strong link on 6. Therefore r123c7<>9. |
