I do not understand. It is impossible that both 5 of column 6 are false.

Most likely you've traded the 5 with 6

My solution

[(6-2)R7C5=(2)R5C5-(2)R4C6 and (6)R7C5-(6=4)R2C5-(4)R2C6=NP(56)R12C6-(6)R4C6 or (6)R7C5-(6)R78C4=(6)R6C4-(6)R4C6]=>contradiction R4C6=Ø=>-6R7C5=>stte.
or
[(5)R1C2-(5=6)R1C6-(6=2)R4C6-(2)R5C5 and (5)R1C2-(5)R1C6=(5-4)R2C6=(4)R2C5-(4)R5C5]=>contradiction R5C5=Ø=>-5R1C2=>stte.

or

AIC (4=6)R2C6-(6=2)R4C6-(2=4)R5C5-(4)R2C5=>-4R2C5=>stte

Ciao a Tutti

Paolo

Hi Paolo,

Of course, I pressed 5 instead of 6;
in fact, the rules of XY-Wing provide for the elimination of the number common to the two wings cells.

Here's another vote for the 24-6 XY-Wing. I originally decided not to use it, but alternative solutions were hard to find.
