Solution with one step after basics.

[(4)R9C5-(4)R9C9 and (4-9)R9C5=(9)R4C5-(9)R4C4=(9-6)R8C4=(6)R8C9-(6)R9C9]=> contradiction R9C9=Ø =>-4R9C5=>solution stte.
or
xy chain (4=5)R7C4-(5=6)R9C6-(6=4)R9C9-(4)R9C5=>-4R9C5
