If R7C1=6 produces contradiction two 7 in column 9 then R7C1<>6
If R7C2=7 produces contradiction R5C3 empty then R7C2<>7
If R7C1=8 produces contradiction R3C8 empty then R7C1<>8
If R7C1=5 produces contradiction R2C6 empty then R7C1<>5
If R7C9=6 produces contradiction R6C4 empty then R7C9<>6
Naked pair R8C7 and R1C7.
