Ted's been teaching me off-line, but he's gone for a while and I hope someone else can help in his absence.

Play this puzzle online at the Daily Sudoku site

I can do a simple W-Wing with one strong link, but I don't know how to do this one other than I think the start and end should be (4=6) and (6=4).

It's the W-Wing on 46 in r3c5 and r4c6 with SL 6 in c4. Those can be used for an M-Wing as well, but I think I know to do that one.

Correcting Dan's typos:

Code:
W-Wing:  (4=6)r3c5 - r3c4 = r46c4 - (6=4)r4c6  =>  r3c6,r5c5<>4
