Keith, I did basics twice; both completed the puzzle. Either I made the same mistake twice or ???

Read the hint in my original post. The hardest move is a hidden pair in B3.

I don't recall one way or the other about the pair, but every time I see comments about specific basic moves I think that things can be different for other players because they might populate the grid in a different way.

Since I do these without pencil marks, the hidden pair is easiest for me to spot. Note the solved cells 14 in R2 and C9 pointing at B3. They leave only two unsolved cells in B3.
