X-Wing on 4 in r36; r2c4<>4 and r78c9<>4 opens a kite on 7 originating from BOX 2; r4c8<>7 solves it.

Well, the skyscraper on 7 in col 67; r4c8<>7 is a one stepper solution.

First time in ages that I couldn't find a solution using the standard VH steps.

Thanks Dan. After the X-Wing I played two XY-Wings and was looking at a BUG+2. Should have tried again but I thought I'd end up with the same result.
