I turned a relatively moderate puzzle into something more complicated. I had to reach into my (small) bag of tricks.

Fin transport (Kraken?); r3c8<>3
XY-Wing (391); r1c9<>1
XY-Wing Chain (39-35-35-35-59); r1c9<>9 + transport; r12c7<>9 + transport; r9c13<>9
