Very interesting symmetrical pattern in box 8! Notice that there is a strong link 8 in b8/c4, strong link 3 in b8/c6 and strong link 6 on b8/c5. These are coupled together s-wing-like using the (68)r7c2 and (36)r8c7 - throw in matching bivalues on 1...
Code:
*-----------------------------------------------------*
 | 7    9    4    | 3     5      1    | 8    6    2    |
 | 8    2    6    | 7     49     49   | 1    3    5    |
 | 1    3    5    | 2     8      6    | 4    7    9    |
 |----------------+-------------------+----------------|
 | 23   4    7    | 6     13     5    | 9    128  18   |
 | 23   1    8    | 49    349    7    | 5    24   6    |
 | 6    5    9    | 14    2      8    | 7    14   3    |
 |----------------+-------------------+----------------|
 | 5    (68) (13) | 14(8) -14(6) 4(3) | 2    9    7    |
 | 4    7    2    | 19(8) -19(6) 9(3) | (36) 5    (18) |
 | 9    68   13   | 5     7      2    | 36   18   4    |
 *-----------------------------------------------------*

(1=3)r7c3 - (3)r7c6=r8c6 - (3=6)r8c7
          - (6)r8c5=r7c5 -           ; r7c5<>1
(6=8)r7c2 - (8)r7c4=r8c4 - (8=1)r8c9 ; r8c5<>1

You seem to have intertwined two chains that share the strong link (6)r8c5 = (6)r7c5. For me, they're easier to understand separately.

(6)r8c5 = (6)r7c5 = (6=8)r7c2 - (8)r7c4 = (8)r8c4 - (8=1)r8c9 ==> r8c5<>1

(1=3)r7c3 - (3)r7c6 = (3)r8c6 - (3=6)r8c7 - (6)r8c5 = (6)r7c5 ==> r7c5<>1

Absolutely. just thought there was an interesting symmetry to the two chains!

After a Kite, r8c4<>1, I couldn't find a move, but it fell easily to a Medusa wrap.
