A little tricky-lots of cleanup after basics. All I could find was a 579 XY-Wing pivot r5c9 setting r1c7 and r6c9<>5.

I too found the xy wing, but it didn't solve the puzzle for me. What am I missing? Here's what I have:

After the xy-579, there is a triple in column 9 that gets rid of the 9 in row 2.

Just in case julian's hint didn't point the way, the intersection of r2 with b1, among other things, sets r13c3<>9, revealing a quad in c3.

True, but just to state it another way, after the wing removes the 5 from r6c9, there is just one 5 left in column 9.
