Perhaps Prakash is in Austrailia enjoing their fine summer and a spot of cricket.. or at least somewhere far to the east of the USA?

W-Wing 27 in r2c2 & r9c7 strongly linked by 7 in col 3 removing 2 in r2c7 solves it.
Also
An XY-Wing 24 27 47 Pivoted in r9c3 eliminating 4 in r6c2 does it as well. |

In addition to the 2 single-steppers and 1 two-stepper already put forth, I came across the following:
(1) 4 w-wings on 27
(2) 2 w-wings on 24
(3) 3 xy-wings on 247 |

I think you can play a BUG+3 move without the x-wing if so inclined...
BUG-stoppers are (2)r2c3, (2)r3c3 and (2)r8c7. Either of the first two mean r6c3<>2; the last one using the strong link in row 9 also implies r6c3<>2
