One 4-cell xy-chain does this one up. Lots of other stuff available that does less. Smile

Not being a "chain" person, I solved this one with another long journey involving seven steps. For variety, I used finned x-wing, UR with x-wing overlay, xy-wing, an ER, skyscraper, and two w-wings.

It was a very fun puzzle, but I think I will go back and look the the short chain!

I only do a cursory job of checking for extraneous steps before posting a puzzle. For this puzzle, I had 2x ER and a choice between an M-Wing and a W-Wing to finish it off. Turns out, the ERs were extraneous.

XY-Wing on 468, then again with pincer transport, then finish with W-Wing on 89.
