This one is tough to do without using a VH+.

I did it with an x-wing, an xyz-wing, an xy-wing and a UR1.

You might not like the xy-wing as it uses 3 boxes to eliminate in a fourth.

I used a variety of techniques, including ERs, URs, W- and X-Wing and finished it off with a very short XY-Chain.

I may have messed up basics because it only took me three VH+ steps.

A skyscraper on <6> in r25c4, which opens up
a x-wing on <8> in r26c14, which then opens
a xy-wing <245> with pivot <25> in r5c5.

No mess up. You matched my VH+ solution.
