Got stuck after solving only three, had to get the draw hint Embarassed

but can't quite see how the 2 in R1 C3 is the "next logical" move:

You know either a or b has to be 2 since Row 8, Column 5 is a 2. So that eliminates all the 2s in other columns in row 2. So # sign has to be either 5, 8 or 9. Since 8 is in column 2 and 9 is in column 5, # has to be 5.

Oops, my bad. I meant # has to be 5, 7 or 8. Since 7 is in row 5 and 8 is in column 2, # has to be 5.
