There's an xy chain for 2 with pincers at r6c3(29) and r7c8(29). Sine one of these must be 2 then the 27 at r6c8 <> 2 becomes 7.

This one stepper perhaps:

(4=9)r4c5-r4c6=(9-8)r3c6=(8-4)r3c4=r7c4; r8c5<>4

Worked on this before seeing Peter's - similar but without the ANQ

A perfect example of my being locked into a VH solution and missing a single-stepper alternate solution. This presents a problem that I'll have to consider further.

There's an almost RP(25) configuration (*) with the fin being the 9 in r1c3:

If RP(25) true then r5c3<>5
If fin true then (25=9)r1c3-(9=5)r7c3 and r5c3<>5

Set A {5,8,9} Green
Set B {1,2,8,9} Orange
